Rick Sullivan is the AT&T Real Estate and Construction Manager for the Rocky Mountain Cluster and has worked for McCaw Communications, AT&T Wireless, and Cingular Wireless.  Rick has held a variety of positions during his 20 plus years at AT&T including managing real estate development for a 15 state region as the Western Regional Real Estate Manager. Rick has negotiated many land use regulations with local jurisdictions; legislative issues with the Colorado State Legislature including the 1995 Telecommunications ACT of Colorado and SB-10 allowing all Telecommunications providers the use of ROW along with other important legislative authority; was appointed by then Governor Romer to the State PUC Committee to rewrite the PUC rules and regulations to allow competition in Telecommunications as the Director of Governmental Relations.  In addition to wireless development, Rick’s background also includes commercial real estate development, civil engineering and 4 years of service in the United States Navy.  Rick is the Chairman of the Colorado Wireless Association Steering Committee.  Rick’s holds a BS from Metro State College with Real Estate emphasis and an MBA from Colorado State University.
